Ordering and Shipping

Placing an order at ScrubsAndUniforms is easy, simple, and safe. Just select your size, the color of the product and quantity then click on the option, "Add to Cart." The items you have selected will be displayed on “The Shopping Cart” page. You can remove the items, change the items or change the quantity of each of the item that you have already selected.

You can either continue shopping or proceed to the “Checkout” Page. When you have done your shopping, click on the "View Cart" or "Checkout" icon available at the top-right area of the page to review your products. Now click on the "Proceed to Checkout" icon to complete your purchase after being satisfied with your order.

All the buyers will receive a shipping confirmation email that has a tracking confirmation number. To track your order after it has been shipped, click on the "Order Status" icon. Then submit your order number and email address or billing zip code.

In the section of “Other Information” available at the bottom of the “Checkout page,” you can enter your promo code in the "Promo Code" box and click "Apply" to update your order’s total amount.
Note: One promo code or coupon code can be used for one order only.

We accept all the payments made by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for online orders. If you are using your debit card to shop, it is a standard process to appeal a pre-authorization from your bank before your order gets processed. The purpose of pre-authorization is to confirm that your bank account has sufficient funds available to cover yo ur order purchase. The funds are not transferred from your account until your order is shipped.
We will charge you for the process of items in-stock, including the entire amount of shipping & handling. The payment for out of stock items will be charged only upon delivery. You will not be billed any additional shipping fees for those items.

To use a gift certificate code, click on the button "Other Information" at the bottom of the Checkout page, enter your code in the "Gift Certificate Code" box and click "Apply" to make your order updated before checkout. You can use multiple gift certificates on a single order.

Sometimes a product is highly demanded and we often run out of stock, in that case we will notify through email with an anticipated shipping date as we get it back into our stock. Mostly the orders that are out of stock are expected to be back in stock within 3 days. In case you ordered more than one item and any one of it is back ordered, you will receive more than one delivery in that case.

The order that is placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday-Friday (on business days) for in-stock items, will be dispatched on the same day. In case you need to cancel or change an order, please call us at (877) 799-7742 or email us at info@scrubsanduniforms.com as soon as possible with your request.

“ScrubsAndUniforms” ships via FedEx, TXC and OCS delivery services. The standard delivery packages can be tracked at the relevant websites of these courier services.

Return and Exchange

As per our return policy, if you are not entirely satisfied with what you receive, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt for a full fund or exchange.
Washed garments and footwear are not refundable unless they are defective.

The items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, warranties, instruction manuals, and tags.
Shipping charges are not refundable. However, we will exchange items with no extra shipping fee.

Please allow 14 business days to process your return.

In case you have lost your packing slip, you can call us at (877) 799-7742 for guidance. We will look for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return merchandise to our address mentioned above. Don't forget to add your order number to your package. Make sure that we receive the return because we cannot give credit for the items that we do not obtain.
