Your account will be charged at the time of your placed order, for all in-stock item(s) plus applicable tax and shipping plus processing. Any item(s) not in stock will be charged when they are ready to ship and will include any relevant tax for that item. You will only be charged once for shipping and processing.
Although we know concerns associated with the use of debit cards are not exclusive, though, for your protection, we want you to be aware of the following before using your card:
When placing an order, your debit card will be charged for all in-stock items immediately, and funds will be transferred from your account. Each time you click the “payment” button (even if you receive an error message where it appears the order did not go through) authorization to your account is possible. This virtual hold is placed against account funds where that amount becomes unavailable to you. The time it takes for authorization to release and drop-off is determined by your individual bank and can take from 3 days to 2 weeks. We do not have access to these funds or have the ability to release them but will be happy to call your bank to help expedite the release if possible. Your account will not be authorized or charged until item(s) become available. Out of stock items are processed as they become available.
Currently, we are not offering International Shipments but in future we will be adding this functionality for overseas customers.
