When you buy from “Scrubs and Uniforms INC,” we want you to be completely satisfied with what you receive. If you are not pleased with the goods for any reason, you can ask for an exchange or refund. Before returning the product, please take out some time to read our return policy cautiously.
Items may be returned within 30 days from the day they are purchased by mailing it at the following address:

Once the returned item is received in the warehouse, please give us 5 business days to process your return and additional 5 business days for the credit to be reflected on your credit card statement. You need to keep in mind, it could take up to 5-7 business days for us to make your return.
It is mandatory that the returns are received in the same condition and with the same packing as you received them. For example, if your uniform arrived in its branded sandbag, it must be returned in the same sandbag. The products that have spots or have been worn will not be qualified for a refund. Bear in your mind that handling and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be returned with original invoice, price tags, and stickers; it is mandatory that you attach the prepaid return label with your order. The prepaid return labels are not involved in orders shipped to P.O box addresses. If you have to process your PayPal refund, then you must use the FREE shipping label provided in your package. Remember that PayPal tenderly is non-refundable at stores.
